Privacy Policy

RunningLocal (runninglocal.ai) Effective date: July 9, 2026

RunningLocal ("RunningLocal," "we," "us") is a service of RiseWise LLC, a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains what information we collect through runninglocal.ai (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple on purpose: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell your information, and we don't run ads.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. If you contact us, book a call, or request an assessment, we collect what you submit: typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you write in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and our hosting provider may automatically collect standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs. This is used for site operation, security, and understanding aggregate site performance, not to build profiles of you.

Cookies and analytics. The Site may use a small number of cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and aggregate analytics (for example, page-view counts). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the Site will still work with cookies disabled.

What we do NOT collect through the Site: payment card data (we invoice separately for engagements), sensitive personal information, or anything from data brokers.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your inquiries and schedule conversations you request

• Provide, scope, and deliver services you engage us for

• Operate, secure, and improve the Site

• Send you communications you've asked for (you can opt out anytime)

• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

3. Service providers

We use a small set of vendors to run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, scheduling tools, and email. These providers process information only as needed to provide their service to us, under their own security and privacy obligations. We choose vendors with established privacy practices.

4. Client work and business data

If you become a client, the systems we build for you and the business data involved are governed by a separate written services agreement, not this policy. As a matter of standing practice: your business data stays your business data. We do not use client data to train models for other clients, we do not sell it, and where an engagement calls for it, systems can be deployed on your own infrastructure so your data never leaves your environment.

5. Data retention

We keep inquiry and contact information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to maintain our business records, or as required by law. If you ask us to delete your contact information, we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain uses. Nevada residents may also direct us not to sell covered information (we don't sell it in any case). To exercise any of these, email us at hello@runninglocal.ai and we'll respond within a reasonable time. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

You can opt out of any non-essential email from us at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the link in the message.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business and the nature of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we deliberately minimize what we collect, which is the best safeguard there is.

8. Children

The Site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, a scheduling page). Their privacy practices are their own; this policy doesn't cover them.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged plainly at the top.
